Battistessa Residence is an ideal place for short tourist stays, but it is also suitable for those who need to stay in Caserta for long work periods.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a living room with a second bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sofa that can be transformed into a queen-size bed if needed, perfect for two children or an adult. It is a two-room apartment with direct access from the street (see photo).
The bedroom and the two bathrooms do not have windows (they are equipped with fans for forced ventilation); there is a small window in the living room, measuring 60x30, which can be left open at all times as it has a mosquito net, ensuring proper air circulation inside the house.
The entrance to the Royal Palace is 240 m away, reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
There is unlimited fiber internet connection in the apartment.
There are two air conditioners in the apartment, one for each room, and an autonomous centralized heating system that can be programmed with a timer according to the owner's preference.

Hello! My name is Armando and I have a degree in Law, but I quickly abandoned the legal career to fully dedicate myself to non-hotel tourist hospitality, my true passion! Since December 2006, I have been the manager of the Vanvitelli bed and breakfast in Caserta, and since May 2015, I have opened "Residenza Battistessa," a delightful Vacation Home located in the historic center of the city.
Bath towels and bed sheets are provided free of charge. For longer stays, the price includes a change of bath towels every seven days and apartment cleaning every fifteen days. We are located in the heart of the historic center! Therefore, you will have everything at your fingertips! There is a supermarket just 350 meters away. Right in front of the house, you will find the La Pagliara dairy, where you can enjoy excellent buffalo mozzarella. There is a secure private parking available for a fee, 270 meters from the apartment, open from 7 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 24 hours a day on holidays. The cost is 12€ per night. If you are lucky, you may find a free parking spot on the white lines, right near the accommodation. It is also possible to park on the blue paid lines (from Monday to Saturday, costing 1.20€ per hour from 8 am to 9 pm and 0.60€ from 9 pm to 12 am - Sundays and holidays costing 1.20€ for the entire day). The train station is only 1.3 kilometers away, so it will be easy to reach us on foot.
